• Setting out for roads, excavating for roads, and tarmacking
• Excavate pits for electric boxes
• Setting out for plots
• Foundations to all plots and garages
• Install all foul and surface water drainage in the ground
• Block and beam
• Excavate trenches for services
• Install attenuation tank in excavated trench
• Setting out, excavating and tarmacking car park
• Patios
• Topsoil to landscaped areas
• Tarmacking to paths and driveways
