HGV & Plant Mechanic Required
We are a growing family-run business looking for a reliable and skilled HGV & Plant Mechanic to join our team.
The Role:
- Carrying out PMI inspections on a small fleet of HGVs (max 12 vehicles)
- Servicing and repairing a range of general groundwork equipment
- Primarily workshop-based, with occasional call-outs to site
- In-house brake testing of HGVs
- Using Jaltest diagnostic equipment
- Tyre changing and general maintenance duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with HGVs and/or plant machinery
- Knowledge of diagnostics (Jaltest experience preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Full HGV UK driving licence
