Works included:

1. Flail all brambles and small trees down allowing access around site. Take down all trees, strip out all roots and clean ground thoroughly. Clearing all tree/chipped material from site on completion.
2. Trim back all trees as required.
3. Clear rubbish from site.
4. Taking up all concrete and crushing onsite leaving for re-use.
5. Form the entrance, take down only a couple of fence sections and replace with Heras fencing keeping site secure.
