3 plots, North Coker
We have been commissioned by Cherwyn Developments in collaboration with Abbey Manor Group to undertake the groundworks for 3 plots at North Coker. We are currently in month 6 where we have pulled away from the site to allow the structures to be built.
So far on site we have undertaken:
- Erect all heras fencing around site and flailing to the hedgerow.
- Excavate the site to reduce all the levels for the plots and the road
- Move excess subsoil and topsoil away from site using our own tippers
- Delivering our own crushed concrete into site
- Make temporary road in to allow machines and lorries to enter the site
- Excavate pits for electric boxes
- Setting out for road and plots
- Foundations to all plots and garages
- Install all drainage in the ground
- Block and beam
- Excavate trenches for services
- Install attenuation tank in excavated trench
